Coastal Protection Music Fest ~ VENDOR INFO & APPLICATION

 

The festival will be held on the weekend of August 9 and 10, 2003 from 11 am to Sundown. It will be held in beautiful San Gregorio, California, in the field behind the San Gregorio Store. (located 1 mile inland from the cross of Highway 1 & 84, approximately 10 miles south of Half Moon Bay). All proceeds will benefit local non-profit environmental organizations working to protect coastal endangered species.  

 

To register: 
1.  For-profit vendors must pay $50/day for booth space and are encouraged to donate merchandise for our raffle. With the vendor fee, 2 people per day are admitted for free.  If you make a raffle donation, we will advertise your booth from the stage. 

2.  Approved non-profit environmental groups may participate for free and may have a table space allotted for them.  2 persons per day for each group
are admitted for free.

3.
The vendor space is 12’x12’. There is no electricity available, and no generators are allowed, as they compete with the music. You must supply your own booths and are solely responsible for your own merchandise. We are wheelchair accessible. 

4. Those who want to sell both days may stay with their booth Saturday night.  There is a four people maximum per booth site, no fires and gates will be locked at 8pm.  People under 12 admitted free.

 

If you want to participate, fill out and mail us the following application form along with your booth fee (check or money order made out to Coastside Habitat Coalition). You will be notified by email when your application arrives and your reservation is confirmed. If the event is cancelled, your booth  fees will be returned.

**Important: All vendors must have resale permits displayed in their booths. A temporary resale certificate can be obtained from the California State Board of Equalization at 415-573-3800. There is no charge.

Indemnity Against Liability

_____________________ hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless the San Gregorio Coastal Protection Music Festival against any and all liability, loss, damages, cost or expense which said entities may hereafter incur, suffer, or be required by reason of the undersigned entry as an exhibitor in the 2003 San Gregorio Coastal Protection Music Festival. The undersigned also agree that s/he is an independent contractor and is responsible for complying with State and Federal regulations regarding safety, employment and taxes.
