Teddy was an ordinary teddy bear until his owner lost him and a mad scientist cat found him. Teddy wakes up in a laboratory, suspended in a tank, and it does not take him long to realize that his snout has disappeared. Instead, there is a strange device. Teddy escapes with the sole purpose of pursuing his torturer to recover his snout and bear dignity.
