During the production of a video game, the game designer is responsible for the quality of the gameplay experience. They invent, formalize and prototype interactive gameplay mechanics, adapted to what the targeted audience is looking for. They are also responsible for the creation of game levels, their integration into the game, and monitoring after the game’s launch, based on objective information.
